As an accomplished Commercial Director, I leverage my entrepreneurial mindset to propel business growth and profitability. My expertise lies in developing new products for both new and existing markets, expanding into new territories, and optimizing revenue from existing products in existing markets. Above all, I'm committed to delivering best-in-class operational performance, fostering customer satisfaction and retention.

With a natural ability to drive innovation, I'm always championing new ideas and pushing boundaries.  By age 22, I had already acquired and sold a £2M business. Since then, I've held senior management and board-level positions, focusing on building and scaling SMEs to challenge major brands in the UK market.

My core competencies include developing business strategies, sales and marketing strategies, key account management, supplier selection and management, business case development and planning, leadership and team building, performance management and KPIs, process re-engineering, new product development, P&L management, and operational infrastructure.
